Essentially this is an ongoing, ever-growing, notebook. It is mostly for myself, but maybe others will find some use out of what I have collected. Why this? I'm always trying to learn about something and while I enjoy sharing that information with the world I am not a big fan of blogs or any sort of website with a timeline structure and performative feel. I also very much miss "the old internet" before people only visited five websites constantly. Back when people created their own spaces and shared whatever weird things they felt were important. A lot of what you will find here is just notes/links/quotes/etc with some comment. The idea is that no page on here will ever be complete. Topics will start as bullets and slowly be expanded upon.
Who am I?
Someone who hates writing bios. I live in California where I eat/grow/take long walks to look at lots of plants. I was an archaeologist but went back to school and became a graphic designer. I care a heck of a lot about the planet and try to do my best to make things better for others. I try to live a low-impact lifestyle and am very interested in low-tech/traditional solutions.
